Thank you for shopping at Petfix! We're committed to getting your pet supplies to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5–10 business days): Free on orders over $50; flat rate $4.99 on orders under $50
- Expedited Shipping (3–5 business days): $12.99
International Shipping We ship internationally to select countries. International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@petfix.shop and we'll be happy to assist.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Petfix is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
